Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support to HR department.
  • Monitor and update daily attendance.
  • Administer employees’ leave application and maintain proper filing system.
  • Liaise with recruitment media to advertise for job vacancies.
  • Phone screening, coordinate with candidates, and schedule for interviews.
  • Monitor and verify employees’ medical claims.
  • Air ticket booking and hotel reservation for business trips.
  • Coordinate in training program and renew course/ license/ certification due for expiry.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


  • Minimum GCE O Level or higher education.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking employees.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
  • Willing to work in Tuas area.
  • 5½ day working week (alternate Saturdays).
