Job Description

  • To be responsible for resources planning (i.e. manpower, equipment and materials) from project kick-off to completion;
  • To liaise with consultant, relevant authorized parties and project related personnel for project specifications and requirements;
  • To monitor project development budget on awarded contract sum, variation orders, omissions and certifying claims and payments;
  • To take actions to resolve any delay/ technical issues/ difficulties that may arise during the execution of projects;
  • To supervise construction site team and sub-contractors as necessary at construction sites;
  • To ensure that projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget;
  • To expedite and escalate work orders to internal and external stakeholders as necessary, in order to minimize project delays;
  • To establish proper and effective documentation filing system;
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in structural steel fabrication and installation.
  • Degree or Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar field.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge and is familiar with authorities requirement.
  • Possess own transport.
