Job Description

  • Prepare quotations, including costing calculations, lead time calculations, review of technical specifications and review of commercial terms.
  • Issue quotations and obtain feedback from customers on our quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead time, technical requirements and commercial requirements in order to convert quotations into orders.
  • Develop detailed BOM and provide clear instructions on order requirements to other departments, in order to enable smooth order fulfilment.
  • Negotiate and solve problems after orders are closed e.g. due to delays, quality issues, change in requirements, payment disputes, etc.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.


  • 1-2 years indoor sales experience preferred, ideally in bolting, piping, structural steel or similar industry.
  • Entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
  • Diploma or higher in any field.
  • Able to converse and write in English, in order to communicate with local and overseas customers.
  • Willing to work in Tuas area.
  • 5½ day working week (alternate Saturdays).
