Job Description

  • Formulating, reviewing and implementing of HR policies based on corporate guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Preparing and reviewing job descriptions for the various departments for clear job deployment and job recruitment.
  • Overview job advertisement posting, pre-screening of potential candidates and participating in interview review for final selection.
  • Performing on-boarding, doing confirmation of employment, contract renewal, off-boarding of employees.
  • Maintaining employees’ personal file and updating employee details in HR system.
  • Liaising and preparing documents from insurance brokers on renewal, application and cancellation of company’s and employee insurance coverage.
  • Performing payroll matters, tax filing and submitting government claims.
  • Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, promotion, etc.
  • Planning, preparing, coordinating and administering of employees’ training program and journey.
  • Handling insurance claims and work injury compensations.
  • Collating employees’ feedback and addressing them with the management team.
  • Performing duties pertaining to welfare matters, grievances, disciplines and etc.
  • Monitoring, tracking and following up on OJT, handbook, training manuals, case files or other assignments.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.


  • 2-3 years HR experience preferred.
  • Diploma or higher in any field.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with local and overseas customers.
  • Able to write in English, in order to prepare HR documents.
  • Willing to work in Tuas area.
  • 5½ day working week (alternate Saturdays).
