Our Code of Conduct

Chin Yuan Metal Pte Ltd and M Stud Industries Sdn Bhd have adopted a Code of Conduct that applies to all staff.

The Code serves as a binding guideline for ethical, social and legal behaviour, ensuring all staff are carrying out their duties and responsibilities to the highest standards of personal and corporate integrity, both when dealing internally as well as with public officials, our customers, our suppliers and the community.

Fair, Honest and Ethical Business Conduct

  • Our activities must meet the highest ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We practice free and open competition, and do not compete through unethical or illegal means.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

  • We strictly prohibit our staff from offering, promising and/or paying any bribes, payments and/or anything of value, whether directly or indirectly, to any public official or customer or any of its affiliates for the purpose of securing or retaining any business or to gain an unfair advantage.
  • We strictly prohibit our staff from requesting and/or receiving any kickbacks, secret payments, undisclosed commissions, gifts, payments of money or services, and/or anything of value, whether directly or indirectly, from any supplier of goods or services to the Group or any of its affiliates for the purpose of securing or retaining any business or to gain an unfair advantage.

Fair Employment Practices

  • We commit to basing all decisions regarding hiring, compensation, benefits, promotions, training and terminations exclusively on each individual’s skills, experience and qualifications relating to the job position and requirements.
  • We abide by all applicable labour laws and guidelines on fair employment practices. We do not discriminate based on nationality, race, religion, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, age or disability.
